You can also drag a file here. It is parsed entirely in your browser — never uploaded to any server.

First time here? How to get your ride file (GPX / FIT / TCX)

What are these files?

Every ride you record, your bike computer or phone app writes a track file — GPX and TCX are text formats, FIT is the native device format. This tool accepts all three, so use whichever you can get without converting. Here is how each platform lets you take the file out:

Strava

📱 Phone appYou → Activities → top-right “⋯” → “Export GPX” — works right on the phone.

💻 Computer / webActivity page → “⋯” → “Export GPX”.

💡 Manually created activities without GPS cannot be exported.

Garmin

📱 Phone appThe Garmin Connect phone app does NOT offer export (an intentional Garmin limitation) — open connect.garmin.com in your phone browser instead; the steps match the desktop flow.

💻 Computer / webconnect.garmin.com → Activities → open the ride → top-right gear icon → “Export to GPX”; “Export Original” gives you FIT (also supported here).

Bryton

📱 Phone appBryton Active app → records → open the ride → share/export icon → GPX or FIT.

💻 Computer / webactive.brytonsport.com → My Collection → the ride → download (GPX / TCX / FIT).

Wahoo

📱 Phone appELEMNT phone app → History → open the ride → share icon → export .fit.

💡 ELEMNT usually auto-syncs to your linked Strava too — exporting from Strava is often quicker.

igpsport

📱 Phone appigpsport app → activity records → open the ride → share/export → GPX or FIT.

Komoot (route planning)

💻 Computer / webPlanned route page → “⋯” → “Export GPX” — chart a route before you have even ridden it.

Any bike computer (universal fallback)

💻 Computer / webPlug it into a computer over USB — it shows up as a drive. Open the Activities (or Bryton “Data”) folder and drag a .fit file straight onto this page.

Or: build a route manually (no file — great for race/route planning)

Enter a few checkpoints (cumulative distance + elevation), e.g. 0k/100m, 12k/820m — elevation is interpolated between checkpoints.
